• 1. What are the check in and check out times during my stay?

  Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM.

  
  

  Arriving early? You're welcome to leave your luggage with us before check-in. Please note that we cannot guarantee your room will be available before 3:00 PM. If you'd like to check in early, this can be arranged for €35 per room, subject to availability.

  
  

  Want to make the most of your stay? You can book a late check-out until 5:00 PM for €60 per room, subject to availability.

• 2. Is free parking available at Carlton Oasis Hotel?

  Yes, complimentary parking is available for hotel guests. We offer more than 200 parking spaces on site.

  Driving an electric vehicle? You can use one of our three EV charging stations.

  
  

  Arriving by bike? You're welcome to park and charge your bicycle free of charge in our secure bike storage area.

• 3. How can I reach the hotel by public transport?

  Carlton Oasis Hotel is easily accessible by public transport. Travel to Spijkenisse Centrum metro station, then transfer to the bus towards Spijkenisse Halfweg 2 bus stop. From there, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. For the most up-to-date travel information, we recommend planning your journey using 9292 or the NS Travel Planner.

• 4. What facilities are there in the hotel?

• 5. How can I use the Sports & Health Center?

  During your stay, you can make free use of our Sports & Health Center, which includes a swimming pool, Turkish steam bath, sauna, and fitness room.

  
  

  The fitness center is open from 05:00 to 22:00.

  The swimming pool and sauna are open from 09:00 to 22:00.

  
  

  Children under 12 are only allowed in the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for the fitness center is 16. Guests aged 12 to 16 are only permitted to train under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  
  

  Please note that the swimming pool may be closed at certain times due to swimming lessons. Up-to-date opening hours can be found here.

• 6. How much does breakfast cost?

  Our extensive breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. You can also enjoy fresh coffee, tea, and a variety of fruit juices, including freshly squeezed orange juice.

  
  

  The breakfast buffet costs €23.00 per person.

  Children aged 0 to 2 years eat breakfast free of charge.

  Children up to and including 11 years old receive a 50% discount.

• 7. Can I upgrade my room?

  Yes, room upgrades are available subject to availability. Options include our Roomy Comfort and Roomy Comfort & Bubbles rooms, or one of our suites.

• 8. Are pets allowed?

  Pets are allowed in a limited number of rooms, subject to availability. The charge is €30 per night per pet, and includes a small welcome gift for your loyal companion. Please indicate that you are bringing a pet when booking, or contact us at reservations@carltonoasis.nl or +31 (0)181 75 25 02.

  • Pets are not allowed in Restaurant ROAM or the Desert Inn Pub

  • From October 2026 onwards, only registered assistance dogs will be permitted

• 9. Do I have to pay tourist tax?

  Yes, from 1 January 2026 a tourist tax of €1.98 per person per night will apply. This applies to all hotel guests, regardless of age. Guests who reside in the same municipality are exempt from this charge.

• 10. Can I stay in my room with additional guests?

  This depends on the room type and its maximum occupancy. Not all rooms are suitable for more than two guests.

• 11. Can I book a package including dinner or half board?

  Yes, this is possible. We offer a range of packages that combine your stay with dinner or additional experiences.

  
  

  One example is our Stay & Dine package, which includes 1 overnight stay, 1 extensive breakfast, and a 3-course “Chef’s Menu” at Restaurant ROAM. This package is available from €96.50 per person. You can book this package here.

• 12. Are accessible rooms for guests with disabilities available?

  We do not have specifically adapted accessible rooms. However, our rooms are generally well accessible. Accessibility may vary per room type. Our renovated bathrooms feature a walk-in shower. Please note that we do not have rooms equipped with support bars or grab rails in the bathroom.

• 13. Can I rent or store a bicycle?

  Absolutely! You can make free use of our covered bicycle storage and the bike racks on site. The area around the hotel is ideal for cycling, with more than 300 kilometers of cycling routes through nature reserves, along the coast, and through historic villages.

• 14. How do I find cycling junction 15 from the hotel?

  From the hotel, you can easily cycle into the Voorne-Putten area, a region where nature, history, and relaxation come together. Follow the route past the Nissan dealer, Autohuis Spijkenisse, and Broeke Elektrotechniek. Behind Broeke Elektrotechniek, you will find cycling junction 15.

  
  

  Our hotel is also home to TOP Spijkenisse, a Tourist Transfer Point that serves as an ideal starting location to park your car and explore the area by bike or on foot. From here, you can easily follow marked routes or GPX tracks that guide you through the region.

  
  

  These routes introduce you to the open polder landscape of Voorne-Putten, as well as the modern residential areas and distinctive architecture of Spijkenisse.

  
  

  Voorne-Putten is known for its varied landscape, with fortified towns, dune areas, and local highlights that are well worth discovering along the way.

• 15. What’s there to do in the area?

  Carlton Oasis is the ideal base for exploring Voorne-Putten and Rotterdam. In the immediate surroundings, you’ll find wide beaches, nature reserves, and historic fortified towns such as Brielle and Hellevoetsluis. Voorne-Putten is known for its varied landscape, offering plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling.

  
  

  Prefer the city? Rotterdam is just a short distance away and offers museums, modern architecture, shopping, restaurants, and a vibrant cultural scene.

  Yes, at Carlton Oasis you can rent spaces for both business and private events such as meetings, training sessions, events, or special occasions.
